Long projects the children choose, from cardboard towns to maps.

Older children follow their own ideas over days or weeks. We help them plan, try, fail and try again — the best preparation for school we know.

A day in this program

09:00 – 11:45

Garden or forest

Digging, climbing, puddles and the hens. Oaks go to the woods on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

11:45 – 12:30

Lunch

A hot lunch cooked in our kitchen. We eat together, slowly, and talk.

12:30 – 14:00

Rest and quiet

Buds and Shoots sleep. Oaks rest with books and music if they want to.
